This was a great stay. Hotel is incredibly clean, comfortable, and quite. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Pamela was AMAZING!. She was very sweet and professional at my check in. But more than anything she went above and beyond in trying to get me a coffee at check out as I had missed the breakfast and kitchen was completely closed. She was very helpful. My room was super quite and comfortable. I would definitely stay in here next time I'm in town and highly recommend this hotel.

House hunting

Spent 3days at the Hyatt while house hunting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was good and location was perfect. We are planning on returning soon

Noite mal dormida

Quarto 920 com um ruído horroroso de motor/gerador. Trabalhei o dia todo, e quando cheguei de volta ao quarto para dormir por volta das 23h, percebi o ruído ininterrupto de motor. Nao sei dizer se era o gerador do andar/ central de ar condicionado, mas só consegui dormir por volta das 2h da manhã, quando o ruido cessou. Acordei por volta das 6h30, quando o ruído voltou. Fora isso, cama e jogo de cama muito confortável. Bancada do banheiro com manchas (falta de limpeza profunda). Café da manhã mediano.

A localização é muito boa e o hotel também é bacana. O café da manhã é bem servido. O banheiro do quarto cheirava muito mal e tinha que ficar dando descarga toda hora pra sair o cheiro de esgoto que ficava. Essa foi a pior parte
