Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this property. The room smelled very musty and moldy, and after we showered, there was water all over the floor. There is no Wi-Fi in the room just in the lobby and the pool area. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast food was nice. Sadly, wouldn’t return.

Family vacation of 4. Pleasant time there June 2023. Only negative WiFi kept dropping and wash clothes were not provided in our room. Other than that our time their was good.

Air conditioner in room not working and room floor soaked and wet from condensation. Front desk not helpful at all, said they were working on it but never did anything. The whole facility is run down with no upkeep. Have stayed here multiple times but never again. The facility, the staff and the service were all sub oar. Save your money and your disappointment and book somewhere else, The place is the Pitts. Beach is pretty but you can get the same beach in a different Resort. Don't book here you will regret it. I know we do.
