Kathy who we met to obtain our room was absolutely fantastic! The room had all the necessary needs you would like. We were truly happy staying there and would definitely book them again in the future! Thanks for having us!

el lobby is good but the apartment they gave us does not meet the conditions for renting because it is full of cockroaches throughout the apartment we could not sleep

Apartment looked super nice from the pictures but turned out to be extremely small. The pullout couch was barely a single and did not fit 2 people. There was no wifi. Access to the pool was also restricted and we were not able to use it.

We liked the service from Rodrigo who looked after every wish. We liked the proximity to downtown , the subways and the grocery store across the street. However the roof top pool was available by appointment only for a fee and never available when we wanted it. It should be free and available all the time. We enjoyed our stay at VIP very much.

The taxi driver Rodrigo was amazing. His service right to the apartment and check in was great. Never had better service
