Service was unacceptably slow, staff ignored guests and were not helpful. Conceirge was helpful in recommending restaurants and transportation to airport but wouldn’t call us a cab and had us walk to the stand and were not provided transportation there - not sure what was going on. Housekeeping is not trained - for example towels removed and not replaced, dirty glasses left in the room following cleaning, no soap etc.

The restaurant service was beyond slow and the food arrived cold several times. On one occasion when asking the concierge desk to order a taxi, he told us there were no taxis available and sent us out of the hotel and down the street to get a cab! We definitely would not recommend going to this Sheraton Hotel.

It was great. Princess cruises was there. Was able to take tour through Andres through Vivator,pick up there.

Very nice hotel, awesome breakfast. The young women concierge {sorry can not remember her name} helped us out of a tight spot with a uber that caused us a lot of stress as we do not speak Spanish. Date we left was Feb20th. A big thank you to her.

Location was fantastic with beautiful pool and grounds! Staff always helpful and pleasant. Easy walk to grab a Starbucks or a meal. Uber convenient and fast. We walked up to the top of San Cristobel Hill from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay!
