The property was a little tired and worn, with the room that we had. We had a great view and it was quiet. The condition of the hallways was very dark and the woodwork including the doors really needed a touch-up. Breakfast was good and the rate was very reasonable.

La atención del Hotel fue muy buena, edificio nuevo, buenas habitaciones. La comida a la habitación, no muy buena.

I left our winter coats in the closet when we left to meet the ship at the dock which was 2 hrs away and didn't realize it until we reached the ship. I tried to call the hotel phone many times but never received an answer. Then I emailed the Radisson blue website but still have not received an answer. We were on the cruise for 16 days and will be back home in 2 more days. If you can help contact the Radisson Blu in Santiago, it would be a great help. We would like to recover the coats, if possible. Our room number at the Radisson Blu is below. Rm 1321 Calvin and Joy Wilson dates: 18 Jan - 20 Jan 2023
