Great hotel. Location it's not the best but Uber was handy and we had no trouble getting everywhere we wanted to go.

Temperature in rooms unbearable. Windows are exposed to direct sun and are not isolated.
Rooms were not clean when checking in.
Toiletries insufficient, had to ask the staff for everything.
Pool towels are nasty!.

Beautiful property, amazing views and big spacious garden area with pool and waterfall. The service is excellent, the food options are great from poolside, breakfast buffet, and restaurants. I really was impressed by the bakery that turns amazing patisserie on a daily basis (in house). The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I really enjoyed my visit.
