Spacious and clean room, but no full room service on a Saturday and we wanted to have something to eat and drink

As other reviews show Transportation get into the hotel it's a bit complicated we had to pay somebody to bring us over to the hotel

This is a great hotel when transiting in Santiago, with shuttle service however not a lot to do in the area

After our first mixed experience at La Quinta, we wanted to give it another go with some learnings from our first stay - we ended up having a similar conclusion. The property itself is pleasant, we had a good room where we could sleep really well. At around USD 100, was also very reasonably priced for a property close to the airport. Our main complaint is considering the free airport shuttle: while it's great that this is offered at no cost and the drivers are excellent, the organisation of the transfers was messy. Our flight to Santiago was delayed by hours, so we reached out to the hotel's reception via Whatsapp to confirm that our transfer would be rescheduled. Unfortunately, they never answered us, leaving us with some anxiety until we arrived and were successfully picked up. Communication with the drivers is smoother (also via Whatsapp), but not sure they would speak English.

Room was perfect. I would improve the floor near the sauna, the water doesn't drain.

Shuttle service from hotel was not convenient for late night arrival, so we opted for Uber. Breakfast was not included in the tariff, an unpleasant surprise. Meals were expensive for what you get. Staff was pleasant, but did not go out of their way to provide service.
