Very nice hotel in downtown Santiago. Close to tourist attractions. Very walkable area.
The roombI had was 312 and it was really nice. A comfortable bed, quiet, refrigerator, safe and a nice walk in shower.
Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice for dinner. Inexpensive and really good food. I will stay here again

The main issue is that the rooms have a lot of short coming - water does not drain, We had a air conditioner leaking water in the room and mattresses moving easily etc. I must say the front desk staff was outstanding, Extremely helpful in trying to sort out our concerns. Plus for any help we needed, Taxi, directions, tours etc, always willing to help. With all the issues - would definitely stay there again as its very centrally located.

In my room 701, the Toilet would not flush.

The room was old and the bathroom.dirty. one bulb did not work and the lock in the room.did not work either.
The room was on the side that goes to a strip outside where there are beggers all day and night drinking and making a party all night. Very noisy.
The shower was terrible. No water pressure and it had a old curtain the water pile up as if the drainage was plug so we had to take a very quick shower so the water didn't go into the bathroom
I have stayed at this hotel before and had at a different newer room
This time was bad
