Good location in trendy area, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Regrettably, bathroom separated from sleeping space only by a glass wall, towels are inextricably on a shell in the toilet room, which has not only just a glass door but not even a full length one. TMI even for intimate partners.

Very accomodating, helpful and overall welcoming staff. Nicolas at the front desk made us feel right at home. Great breakfast with multitude of choices. Modern facility in good location.

Staff is great. Location is great if you don’t leave the immediate area. Great restaurants on the same street as the hotel. Santiago used to be a clean & safe city but now it’s a dangerous and dirty city. Just be aware and beware!
