I would say the service was horrible, but it was none existent

The location was dark and unsafe The rooms were very dirty The door did not close No staff around for any assistance

bedding sheets and towels were dirty, had some questionable stains! bugs in the kitchen area, rooms and facility not updated at all.

Big disappointment

It's not the resort's fault that we had bad weather, but everything is. Unfriendly receptionist to start with. Then the room didn't even had a chair and we were told that's normal - what hotel room doesn't have a chair??? Next problem was there were not enough outlets in the room. And then the beds, unless you like super hard ones you are in for an uncomfortable night.
