We were upgraded to a two bedrooms with a suite on the 15th floor. The rooms are clean and spacious, close to metro station. The gentleman who checked us in doesn't speak English. We had to communicate with google translate on his cell phone. Everything worked out just fine.

Cheap but loud
Posted 1 Jan 2016 on HotelsLoud loud and loud...it is literally an apartment complex and rooms are rented out almost like a B and B. Sometimes to get the front desk to help you with anything is challenging unless you're good at Spanish or hand gesturing. Good location, mediocre service, cheap price for the stay

We had to wait for almost an hour to get into the room since the one in-charge was not there considering that we were there approx 1800 hrs. overall
it was okey even with Joanna's limited English. Most shops were closed çuz it was a weekend but enjoyed walking in the streets leading to Plaza Armas.

Great serviced apartment

a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar. Excelente localização! Hóteis.com informa que aceita cartão como forma de pagamento, porém é aceito somente dólar ou pesos chilenos no ato do check. Diz se não ter a máquina para passar o cartão. Televisão não funcionava

Mala atencion y sin estacionamiento
Posted 12 Apr 2019 on HotelsSe hizo la reserva y todo busque especificamente un alojamirnto cln estacionamiento y cuando llego dicen que el estacionamiento se debe reservar aparte y que no contaban con estacionamientos aparte la forma de decir las cosas del personal no era la adecuada....
