This hotel provides everything you would expect from an upscale hotel. Best part is the Luna Bar with its spectacular view of the city and Andes mountains.

Excellent location and outstanding staff. The bar has incredible view. Room fully refurbished and large amd also with great view. Good breakfast too. Highly recommended

Nice property. Located at the mall with separate entrance. Nice bar terrace with view on mountains.

I like the hotel buy I was disappointed.

Last day, i was not able to take a shower because the water was freezing.
People are very friendly and helpful even though they don´t have the tools.
