The staff was very helpful and the area was perfect for walking to the cathedral.

Room was small and getting into and out of the shower was awkward and dangerous. I change a 2 day booking starting May 15 to a 2 day booking starting May 14 and had to pay €50 more. No reasonable explanation was provided regarding the additional cost. I would not recommend this hotel chain.

The hotel is very nice located steps away from Basilica except guests have to park outside Old Town.

The Hotel Carris is in a wonderful location -- near the center of the old town and just a short walk to the Cathedral. The room was small, but was comfortable for two. The staff was extremely helpful and warm. The only quibble: the water temperature in the shower was finicky.
