Excellent place, great location. Probably one of the best hotel in town. Delicious breakfast available every morning. Great swimming pool in the backyard. You meet a lot of friendly people every day!! I highly recommend this place to all

Segunda vez nesta viagem, dessa vez em um grande quarto, super cama, dando para o Rio Tapajós. Frigobar e ar muito bons, tambem a super ducha ! Café da manhã ok. Ponto negativo para os móveis da recepção que deveriam ser trocados pois são feios, desconfortáveis e insuficientes. A localização não é boa, necessitando transporte para ir ao centro e nada ao redor.

A good option in Santarem, with huge rooms!

The hotel is great, rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable, but some rooms need maintenance. In the first room I stayed in, the air conditioning had no blades and in the second room the shower broke while I was showering and dropped some dirt on me... The restaurant located inside the hotel is expensive for the quality they offer. The fish that I ordered wasn't well cooked and I had to return it. Anyway, this hotel is still better than most in Santarem, staff is great and breakfast is really delicious!!!

Infelizmente o hotel está muito longe do seu auge! Meu questão estava com problema no ar condicionado e me colocaram em outro que além de não ter água quente, o registro estava com defeito! Mas dessa vez mandaram arrumar o registro e não me mudaram de quarto! Assim fiquei 03 dias sem água quente! As tomadas também não estava funcionando, e mais uma vez mandaram arrumar com a gente dentro do quarto esperando! Tinha escolhido o hotel por conta da piscina, porém nos 03 dias não consegui usar devido a sujeira não só de folhas boiando, mas o piso estava cheio de limo! Pra completar havia muitas baratas nos corredores e dentro do quarto!
