very nice hotel just not a lot of things to do near by a little too quiet but if that's your thing then this is the place for you

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Lots of things to do and only a three minute walk to the beach. When we return to Santa Marta, we will stay here again.

Great place to stay. Pros: Clean, delicious breakfast, close to a mall and restaurants, walking distance from beach, amazing swimming pool, pretty good fitness center. Cons: Beach amenities. There are no beds, only chairs. The tents aren’t permanent, they must be disassembled daily. It is supposed to be around 17:00, but the staff starts around 16:30 to bother you with the process. They want to do it as early as possible and go away.

El check in es muy tarde, la habitación tenía dos cucarachas y estaba supuestamente “recién arreglada” nos dijeron que nos daban un agua de cortesía y nunca llegó, pedimos una acomodación extra (paga) y no recibimos toalla ni almohada/cobijas. El desayuno es muy bueno, calificación honesta 2/5
