We had a great time. It is beautiful and close to Tayrona park. The service was excellent.

Super relaxing environment where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature, piedra’s river, and delicious food, and an excellent service. This hotel is close by to different small villages where you can do many activities such as hikes, tubing, horse back riding, and have the luxury of visiting different estuaries.

They gave us misleading information about the hotel and nearby parks. The staff was very unpleasant and even the owner tried to argue with my fiancée. He was more worried about pointing the finger than actually fixing the issue at hand.
We made a reservation based on their information provided and ended up wasting $180 that day. Needless to say we didn’t stay there and ended up driving back to Barranquilla. The place is in a remote location, no beaches, no parks, no restaurants.

Lamentamos mucho su experiencia con nosotros y pedimos mil excusas por lo acontecido.
Creo que fue un error de interpretación lo que pasó, porque la persona que solicito la información del Hotel que fue una Dama, informaba al Sr en inglés y la Señora preguntó a qué distancia estamos del parque Tayrona, playa Cristal y otros sitios. Pero en ningún momento se le dijo que los sitios estaban operando porque de eso no se habló y nosotros como Hotel no vendemos Tour para esos Sitios.
Nuevamente damos excusas y ojalá en un futuro podamos atenderlos con éxito total.

The place is magical, the restaurant outstanding, and the staff could not have been nicer. It was the perfect place to end our stay in Colombia. It is also a bargain from every standpoint. 5 stars!

Desde el Gerente hasta la recepcionista, masajista, mucamas y meseros, se desviven por complacerte. La palabra no no existe...
Gracias, Yefer, Andrea y Melissa, Harrinson y Yaiser por hacer de nuestra estadia una maravillosa! A solo 8 minutos en auto del Parque Tayrona, es maravilloso regresar a un lugar tan bello, lleno de bellas energías, a que te atiendan y consientan con un masaje, después de un día de largas caminatas.
