If you’re looking for an apartment stay type this is the place for you , the location is good it is in walking distance for lot of food places and the beach too , the place is very clean the employees are very friendly they offer transportation to different places and cities with got a great driver (Cesar)her was with us all day and was excellent he took us from Santa martha to Cartagena and was a great guide besides a driver we even stopped in Barranquilla and went to different tourist places, don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything special .

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped, super comfy beds and great location. Hot water and nice cold AC which is a must

Lack of cleaning

19 day stay. “Cleaned” my room 4 times. Never once used a broom or mop that I could tell. Curtain rod fell down first time I used it. Charged my card almost $90. Fourth stay here. Probably the last.

The cleaning of the apartment is upon request because no one is authorized to enter the apartments for security, the cleaning process of the floors includes sweeping and mopping but does not shine the floor due to its marble material, this work we do a certain number of times a year, marble polishing. However, we will review the process with the people who cleaned during your stay. On the other hand, we do not charge your credit card, you booked and paid through the website, you should check with Expedia or hotels.com what you are being charged.Thank you for staying with us and we hope this is not your last stay.

4½ star place out of 5 . could have been more english speaking but Staff tried very hard. and what do you expect when in latin america. i had no complaints. this place is highly recommended!
