The only problem was that the room i reserved wasn't ready at the time of check in...and that people had loud music at the pool when it says no loud music there.

I liked the staff and location, it's right by the big store, theres a couple beaches within walking distance. We originally booked a $80 a night room with 2 double beds, we didn't like it for 1 I needed a desk to work on and 2 the location of the room was right above the pool which was very loud. We let the staff know at 10 pm and they moved us to a MUCH nicer suite. 300 Paso's more a night, totally worth it. Wish we didnt have reservations for 2 weeks there but it worked for us. The housekeeper staff was wonderful and the front desk were great too! Only 1 person there speaks English. I think they may rent out the pool to local families a few days a week, it got pretty noisy but couldn't hear the fun from the suite.

Our stay was very nice. Great staff. My problem that I did not speak Spanish BUT the staff was very good! Clean, nice restaurant, staff was top notch. I wanted a good room for a good price and thats what I got! Thanks! Location for us was a big factor as well. We knew the area and were happy with the location! I would say if they would offer me more ammenities for a fee I would happily pay. Like maybe a mini fridge or a comfy chair. BUT....not complaining! Thanks Galaria Del Angel!

The hotel was under construction which I did not know or did I ever get a notification, however that was not the problem. This issue was we were unable to check in at 3 because the manager was not back from lunch so we had to wait for almost an hour for him to get back. The control to the fan did not work in some of the rooms. I had to ask for towels for all three rooms as there were none in the bathrooms, the closets did not have a pole to hang close nor did they have a door, no iron, no hairdryer. In one of the rooms we rented the fan did not work. We had to use our own personal ID cards as RFID to turn on the lights in our rooms because the hotel did not have the RFID cards they later switched them to a regular Soriana grocery store card. Everyday we had to leave our keyroom so housekeeping could go in and clean the rooms because they did not have spare keys. The room rate was very inexpensive and I knew at time of booking that it wasn't going to be anything luxurious however I did expect to have the basic minimal things a hotel should have. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that it was very close to a grocery store. I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Dear Guest, I'm sorry to deny what you say about waiting one hour to check in but the manager left the hotel at 2.35 and went back at 3.05, just 5 minutes before your check in time. About everything else you comment I recognize we have to apologize, we just opened the rooms the day you arrive and there absolutely were many details that we overlooked.

This is worth every penny

I wanted a place to rest after a day of full activity and this was the perfect spot. Fancy is not what I wanted, just a clean and comfortable room. This is exactly what we got. Food near by for our kids. We could walk to different areas if needed. Too hot to do so but available. The price is extremely reasonable and just perfect. Truly recommend this hotel if luxury is the main point in your stay. Clean, simple, and very nice people.
