Beautiful hotel overlooking Etna . The food is great and with lots of choice . Brilliant for my wife who uses a wheelchair and the accessible room was really good . Difficult to find with the sat nav provided on the hirecar so beware of this . Use your mobile to find it . Has to be driven to as out of the way but what a view .

A nice hotel family owned and on site 20 hrs a day. The food is good and you are treated like royalty. The breakfast is awesome! The beds are comfortable and clean! The view of Mt Etna is right outside of the back of the hotel and our room. After 4 nights it felt like home.

We didn't like the breakfast set-up:
No buffet breakfast, you have to order your breakfast the day before. Everything came at once to the table and the missing toast took 15 minutes to arrive.

We loved staying at this hotel. It was outstanding. Everyone was so thoughtful and pleasant. Would highly recommend. The meals were fantastic.

Posted 26 Mar 2023 on HotelsWe stayed here overnight, the place is like a palace especially the facade and staffs are very helpful. We also tried their restaurants (burgers delicious). Wifi is kind of spotty but overall clean room and bathroom spacious with all necessities available. They asked us what we want for breakfast which was nice so scrambled eggs, omelette and corneti.
