The property is absolutely beautiful, everything is meant to relax its guest. The sounds, the scents and the design but it was difficult to fully relax due to the excessive heat. We visited in early August and according to many this is the cool season. The heat is very humid and uncomfortable. Air conditioned and Wifi need improvement.

This property is stunning and one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Mexico. It's relaxing and quiet, fully integrating guests into the surrounding environment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to introduce themselves when we arrived and they became engaged hosts throughout. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and practical. The proximity to the beach and cabanas beachfront are gorgeous. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time at the hotel! We loved sleeping with the sound of the waves crashing, the smell of burning copal. The service is impeccable and the staff very friendly. We highly recommend staying there to enjoy Puerto Escondido at its fullest.
