The place was very clean and very spacious. Getting the keys was a little complicated but the staff was very helpful.

The hotel was okay. They offered a "free crib" howver attempted to charge us $35 a day even though it stated free and it was a "pack n play" not an actual baby crib. Also, they charge a "cleaning fee". Parking is limited and is contingent upon availability and or street parking is free.

Double charged for a room.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. It has a very poor and slow service. They also do have problems with english but this wasn’t the main problem during my stay in May. Below is my story. I have reserved the apartment at LHP with prepayment option at hotels.com. At the checkin the hotel charged me for the apartment again and said that hotels.com has just blocked money on my card. As a result I was double charged for the apartment. After a few mails there and back (hotels.com was also involved), LHP has confirmed that they made a mistake but till now I don't have MY money back. I sent them my bank details about 40 days ago. Don't go there. Find a different place.
