The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience.

I’ll stay somewhere else next time

The room was fine for the one night stay with my fiancé and dog. I asked the front desk for an extra pillow and they said they do not have extra pillows onsite, even though the room I stayed in had a queen size bed and a pull out bed couch. They aren’t service breakfast because of COVID but said they provide coffee 24/7, but only coffee provided was decaf. The toilet ran all night. The refrigerator in the room was loud and kept making loud noises throughout the night as well. It woke me up a few times. Also the shampoo bottle was half empty and there was no conditioner. Not worth it for me.

The room was good a little out dated but enjoyed being able to cook. The bed wasnt very comfy though. But i do think it was the best hotel out of the 3 others i stayed at.

The room had bedbugs! I left after one night and I have not received a refund for the remainder two nights.
