NOT WORTH THE MONEY HORRIBLE RIPP OFF
Posted 12 May 2023 on Hotelsnot worth the money very average accomodations, roach infested rooms. useless bathroom jacuzzi was installed up against the toilette making the toilette useless. hundreds of pesos in hidden charges was charged for 5 glasses of ice. who does that????????way overpriced for the conditions at the hotel.. rotting fruit everywhere even in the pool...worst masseuse I have ever had..DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..GET BETTER MEALS AT A TRUCK STOP,,,VERY BAD FOOD

Thank you for your comments, they help us improve. several things:1. They were not recommendable guests, vicious and entering girls all the time.2. They were charged for the ice that they constantly requested, since they brought in liquor and drugs from the street, and the hotel prohibits this type of behavior.3. At the moment there is a mango harvest and the fruits fall once they are ripe in the green areas surrounding the pool, but the maintenance staff is ready to keep these areas clean.4. We do not understand the massages, initially requested 2 massages and then added 3 more massages, if they had not been confortable they would not have requested more.5. They were treated in good taste all the time, only when they were charged for additional consumption they refused to pay for them, arguing that they were going to give us bad publicity through this page, thats the reason becouse they write this type of comments.

Deben mejorar lo que es los cuartos: colchón, cobijas, el calentador de agua… algo que vi en mi última noche… administradores tratando mal a una empleada… deben ser más empatice…

The staff, including the manager, front desk, restaurant and maid were superb. you can't get any more accommodating, friendliness and above and beyond service provided

The property is well maintained; the room was great; the pool and pool bar were excellent. It is a great place for relaxation, trips into the historical town. However it is the service that stands out. Excellent. Super. Wonderful. Everyone on staff went out of their way to make our stay superb. We stayed an extra day.
