Great hotel. Staff was awesome and the location is second to none. The A/C system needs refurbishing. It did not cool and Sevilla is in the midst of a heat wave. Other than the issue with the A/C system, our experience at Hotel Murillo was great.

El colchon extremadamente duro es como si estuvieras durmiendo en el piso, no puedes descansar, la banera no tiene seguridad, no tiene donde aguantarse. El resto bien, muy centrico

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room, however; after checking in we felt that the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

I chose this hotel for its location in the Santa Cruz Quarter, walkable to the main tourist sites. Although an older property, it is well maintained and obviously upgraded over the years. One downside was that the shower was tiny. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone, so you need to walk to where cars can pick up and drop off. Staff will call a taxi and the driver will come to hotel to walk you to where they are parked. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. I was happy with my three night stay. If I went back to Seville, I'd book it again.
