Stunning Views, Very Comfortable
Posted 16 Dec 2023 on HotelsA great friendly welcome we stayed here as we had visited Irazú volcano and Turrialba volcano as well as Guayabo national monument. Making a trip from one to the next…. Do not try to drive to Turrialba if you don’t have 4x4, local people told me the road, which I drove almost to the end, was FATAL… anyway that’s just a tip if that’s your plan. The hotel, lodge was fantastic. Our room spacious, comfortable and all we needed for an overnight stay, and womdeviews of the mountains around and a view of Turrialba Volcano behind us. Evening dinner was tasty and plentifully enough and enjoyed by all. We made use of the bar before dinner and played cards in the lounge area in the lodge. Travelling around a country there’s never enough time spent in one place, this place I wished we had spent a couple more days in. Thank you ❤️

Great place for a remote accommodation by Turrialb
Posted 26 Apr 2023 on Hotelsthe location is remote. the grounds are well-maintained and full of flowers.
The weather did not cooperate with us so there was no view of the volcano.
We had dinner at the Lodge because we arrived late and did not want to go explore other options and the food was great.
A great option to stay close to Turrialba. I would recommend it.
