The lake view is magnificent but the acces is very difficult. The staff is friendy.
I did not like that the security asked my name several times and it seems like i was not welcome in the hotel. However after i checking the staff
It is very dificult to get in to my room. The rooms are not accesible for people with health concern. I love the view but i would never visit the hotel again it is crazy the amount of stairs. I was feeling. Really bad because i was not able to brith do to efort because iI am asthmatic

Dear Edith, Thank you for your comments and for letting us know about your experience with us. In a few months we will be having a hill hiker from the lake to the hotel entrance. This will allowd guests to easily move from the restaurant to the hotel.regards

The properties view and service is excellent. Only wish my room had air conditioning

A well managed, serene hotel, with a gorgeous aesthetic. A great place to just relax. The food was excellent. A bit isolated if you are more of a checking boxes off a list type traveler.

The outdoor dining space is incredible. Staff are very helpful and professional. Overall the property is beautiful and the stay was very relaxing.
