Property is small, but nice and clean. Our room had an ocean view. It’s a cute property. It’s pretty basic, but the location is good!! It was a little noisy with traffic. All in all a good place for a nights stay in Santa Barbara.

We enjoyed our stay. The fire place was fantastic and during a cold rainy weekend it kept us warm. This property is small but well kept. The room was casual and the decor inviting and laid back. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I love a large bathroom and I was happy with ours .
The hotel was situated right across from the ocean which was perfect. It is a nice area to take bike rides and walk through.
But I have to say that most of all we enjoyed the staff. They were all engaging and helpful. John, who works at the front desk is a superstar! He was very helpful to us on the phone when we thought we might need to cancel.
We would happily return again!

We really like this place and book our room there every time we go to Santa Barbara. 1 minute walk to the beach , the place is very clean , the furniture updated. The shower awesome.We got a room with a little patio and they are pet friendly . Person at the front desk is very nice and it is next door to a wonderful Italian restaurant.
