Fantastic hotel!!!
Friendly staff who could not do enough for you
Views across the bay if you a get a sea facing room are awesome to sit and watch the sun go down.
Only negative are the beds are a little on the hard side

The staff was very nice and helpful, including the option of having a shuttle to the city center. View is great from the room and restaurant. However, the hotel itself is outdated, room is dirty and old, there are no proper shades in the room. For the price I would have expected a more comfortable experience.

Excellent property! The free shuttle service to & from the Sorrento train station is key & setup is simple with WhatsApp. The train station is a short walk from all the shopping & restaurants in Sorrento. The hotel rooms are very spacious & we had a private balcony with 2 loungers & table with 2 chairs with an amazing view of the Gulf of Naples & Mount Vesuvius. The rooftop restaurant is a wonderful addition with a great view. We had dinner & drinks several times and the food is delicious. In addition, breakfast is included & the food selections was amazing. Customer service top notch too…. my husband accidentally left his cellphone on the shuttle bus & the driver located it & brought it to us at the hotel restaurant. WOW!

This property exceeded our expectations. Room was clean with a spectacular sea view. The restaurant in the hotel made the best food we had in Sorrento. The staff were very friendly and also the shuttle service was great.

Amazing property, all rooms on 4 floors had gorgeous views of Vesuvius and ocean/city views. You are up on a cliff so doesnt really matter what floor you are on. Room was clean, and cleaned every day. Free Shuttle to train station every hour.(we did have to pay to get to the hotel (25euros) as we didnt have a number to reach the hotel and didnt know we had to PREBOOK! but we didn't let it affect us. The pool was beautiful and had bar service. Breakfast was included and great selection. Laura at the front desk was amazing and helped book us a boat tour of the Amalfi coast. They picked up and dropped us back off at the hotel. Very very limited parking. Dinners were amazing and when i couldn't decide on my entrée, i was brought 2 smaller portions and only charged for 1. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our five day stay here. The room was good overall but the the private balcony with breathtaking views of the city and water was definitely the highlight of the room. We were extremely happy with the level of service we received during our stay from the front desk and restaurant staff. All top notch. Great shuttle service too. The only other comment I would have is that the room we were in could use some minor renovations as some things seem ready for replacement (loose patio door, bed mattress) but nothing that took away from our enjoyment of our stay. Thanks!

Fantastic sweeping Gulf of Naples view (Vesuvius, Capri, Naples, steep hills, …) from every part of the hotel! Comfortable in every way with a great breakfast and good restaurant. Be aware, however, that the hotel is up a sweep winding hill (nearly impossible to walk), so you need the hotel shuttle or a taxi (expect 20E to Sorrento) to get out. The hotel is a great place for a day or two of rest. The front desk staff was cheerful, friendly, and well-informed. We plan to return.
