A cheap and cheerful hotel where the rooms need updating and the staff need to be a little more open to helping us out
For example, we checked in after a long drive at 9pm and politely asked if we could have a room with a balcony but even though no one was likely to check in (as the town was dead quiet) we were told it wasn’t possible
However their on site restaurant is on the michelin guide 2017

Room extremely old, cold and without atmosphere
Posted 11 Mar 2020 on HotelsWalking into the reception the hotel looked OK. We got room 110 which is very old, tiny, nothing nice about it, the overall atmosphere I would say -5. It was as clean as it could be - the price we paid for it was way too much. We paid Euro 50 incl. breakfast. Should pay no more than Euro 30 for the room - if that.

Lamentamos no haber cumplido sus expectativas.
Nosotros como hotel de 2 estrellas cumplimos con los estandares en cuanto a instalaciones y precio con desayuno incluido. ( croasan,cafe recien hecho, zumo, bolleria industrial, mermeladas, mantequilla miel, 3 clases de embutidos, tostadas recién hechas)
Este medio es muy recurrente y los usuarios no tienen en cuenta el gran impacto que puede tener en un negocio pequeño como el nuestro 1 sólo comentario desafortunado.
