Air conditioning is very bad and the staff couldn’t fix it or apologize for this situation

Good room. Clean. Staff incredibly indifferent. No help with luggage. Room service food very poor.

Bad hotel

Rooms are petty bad for this category of hotel, specifically the bathroom was too small and uncomfortable. You could find better hotels at half price. My dinner & breakfast was included but staff was confused regarding that & after few minutes they confirmed that. It was very difficult communicating as staff could not speak English. The worst part was dinner, the guy first said there was 3 course meal offered so we ordered soup pasta and grilled chicken but after sometime he comes & tells us that it's just a 2 course meal which serves only pasta and soup. The only good part about our stay was breakfast.
