Our triple room had four beds, two were never made. Lots of dust & webs in room. Two pillows did not have pillow covers & quilts were not clean had hairs from previous guests. We did not feel like using the quilts and had to sleep wearing jackets & socks. There was a bug on the bed.

Posted 21 Nov 2022 on HotelsWe knew we would be checking in late in the evening so booked the Asil Hotel as it stated it had a restaurant and bar/lounge area. On arrival we were told the restaurant only served breakfast and there wasn't a bar/lounge area.
The hotel is tired and in need of some over due TLC. Access to the hotel is difficult as it is in a dark alley way between shops and a car park not really safe if a woman is travelling alone. The room could have been cleaner. The breakfast was breakfast ok but the staff uniforms were stained and dirty looking. On the night before we left we were reminded that we had to check out the next morning and must pay our bill. On the morning of check out the card machine was broken I therefore had to walk to the bank to withdraw the cash. There was no help with suitcases even though we had to walk up a steep ramp and across the car park to the taxi. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel in Urfa
Posted 3 Apr 2022 on HotelsThis hotel has good access to the sights of the city. Our room was clean and tidy and the staff were very nice and kind. Breakfast was perfect and good. Parking is on the hotel alley

Great value
Posted 18 Nov 2021 on HotelsEverything was top notch - clean and spacious room, great shower with pressure and hot water, comfy bed and friendly receptionist. The location is not the best in town, you’ll need to walk a little to access the old city but for the price it is great value

Heating and hot water problems
Posted 15 Nov 2020 on HotelsPersonal were kind and they tried to be helpful. However, the heating was not on, and the A/C heating was not consistent and was noisy.
There was no hot water, a "slightly less cold" water instead.
