I have been in Victoria hotel 3 times. I do like the location near to the main station. The staffs are very helpful on luggage deposit even though I came early before the Check In time. They also helped to provide the electric adapter and tape to fix the broken wheel of the luggage. I strongly recommend this hotel in Basel.

Wonderful hotel that’s conveniently across the street from Basel’s central train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Convenient location to the train station and trams. Excellent rooms - clean spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend for a stay

Our concierge Fraser was very accommodating. I’m very happy with their service. This hotel is perfect! Basel SBB was just right across the property so eventhough we woke up late for our trip, we still made it on time😁 would’ve loved to have stayed longer because I really loved our room but sadly we had to go. I most definitely recommend this property!
