During check-in, I didn't realize that they had booked me for two nights instead of the one that I had booked. When I was checking out, the staff informed me that I was booked for two nights and that there was nothing he could do. This is the first hotel that never asks how many nights a guest is staying at check-in. They repeat we assume guest know how long they're staying, so we don't ask.

Cleanliness questionable

Bathroom was not clean. Numerous long black hairs in the shower and on the toilet.

Always great to return to the Quality Inn. I like that they are pet friendly.
