Stay was good and staff was professional. The area is covered in mayflies though not really a fault of the property though

Close to amusement park was a plus. Not enough outlets.

It was clean pretty hotel especially for the price. It wasabout 1000ft from the turn to head down to Ceda4 Point. The price was significantly lower than staying at a Cedar Point property. The entry way to the rooms was beautifully done. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was about average for a hotel. The only ding I have for them is one of my lamps had a dead light bulb in it.

Surprisingly well maintained motel. Room was updated in all the important ways - bathroom fixtures all new, memory foam beds, good A/C - and the older furnishings were all well maintained for their age. Beautiful pool area with waterslide and hot tub. The motel seemed quite full, with many families staying for Cedar Point. We've stayed many places in the area, but this will now be our go-to.

Very close to Cedar Point. Everything smelled and looked clean in our room. Excellent. Repeat customers.

We visited Sandusky for the 2024 Solar Eclipse, and even this hotel was desolate considering the buzz surrounding the event. It's definitely an older hotel, and some of the rooms are cut off from the main lobby and are accessible only by going outside to the front of the hotel. It's a dated experience but for the cost, can't complain too much. Just don't expect a super-modern Holiday Inn or anything of the sort. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were recently updated. Staff are not present all the time at the hotel and are likely managing other properties during your stay, at least during a time like April when the Cedar Point is usually closed.
