We booked a room with a hot tub. The first room hot tub was dirty and once we had them clean it and went to turn on there was no water at all going to it. Room 210. Then they moved us again to room 310. This room was okay. The hot tub was dirty but we cleaned ourselves. After cleaning we noticed only cold water was working or so we thought. It’s rigged and to get hot water you have to flip the light switch on the wall and then hot water will come out of the Spicket. The staff was friendly and did try to help us. The hotel just wasn’t what we expected by the pictures that are shown. It does need an update. The pool is actually the hot tub. It comes up to my lower hips and has jets. Very small for a pool but large for a hot tub. It’s in the basement. Kinda creepy down there.

The internet information is deceiving. The hotel pool was creepy in a dungeon looking basement. it was just not a good environment. it was very unkept. the staff were very nice,.

I understand there was a lot going on in the area during our stay. This is not a 395.00 a night hotel

For a small town, it was as expected. Room was clean and staff was friendly. They even allowed us to check in early. I would stay there again.

It’s close and convenient to Cedar Point, Kalahari and other destinations. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. There were a few areas of the hotel that needed a detailed cleaning but nothing to prevent me from staying somewhere else on our next trip.

The Hotel was outdated but very clean & the staff was very pleasant. Although my issue is with Expedia they over booked them. I was supposed to get a Jacuzzi room but ended up having to get a double bed and Expedia did not adjust the rate.

Super clean, i enjoyed the comfortable beds. Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.
