3rd time staying there. Lovely staff. And there's a really good bar area to relax in, in the evenings.

The position with room facing the sea excellent. Very narrow corridors. Dated hotel decor. Sraff very helpful. Very clean room. I woukd definteky visit again if price was right and i could be guaranteed a similar room with sea view. Area of Sandown very run down

Nice sea view and there are few public spots outside the hotel. But the room not so clean, with hair on the bedsheets. The toilet not look the same as the Expedia picture. Not recommend

Comfortable hotel with great seaviews.

Comfortable rooms with great seaviews. There was a little confusion at reception on our arrival as they didn't seem to know that we had already paid. Hotel is popular with coach tours so dining room got very busy, that said service was still excellent. Entertainment in evenings was a single singer with prerecorded music as back up but was really good (60s to 90s songs). No air-conditioning, but a fan was provided in rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
