misplaced while traveling
Posted 18 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe were in the process of moving from one location to another in the Stavanger area, before our travels to Uganda. We were blessed by this hotel to have an apartment for our time there. Having a wonderful breakfast included as well as laundry facilities was amazing and beyond our expectations. I would certainly recommend this hotel and hope to use it again.

The 3 swords is very close there.
The walking trails are everywhere
No major site seeing around there.

Hotel was too far from our transportation. Online I thought it was in Stavenger, it was not. We were without a vehicle so everything was very far away. Dining was not close! No elevator. Needs remodeling.

Posted 27 Aug 2022 on HotelsThis hotel was nothing like what was pictured in the listing. The room was very outdated, disgusting old carpet. The bed was very uncomfortable, squeaky and broken. They said they had free laundry service with washer and dryer. The laundry soap they had for us to use was the same hand soap they use in the room. After we washed everything we asked about the dryer and then they informed us they don't have one anymore and that they had a drying rack to use, which was already being used. We ended up having to pack damp clothes up the next morning when we checked out since they didn't dry overnight. The breakfast was not good and definitely not up to par with other Thon hotels we have stayed at. No hairdryers in the room. We stayed 4 days and housekeeping only came one day to clean.

OK but disappointing breakfast
Posted 3 Dec 2021 on HotelsThe hotel had a good location with parking. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast which didn't have as much nice loaves of bread and no salmon, which I always look forward to when coming to Norway. It was very basic.
Iron and ironing board had to be requested at reception.

There is an electric car charging point
