Frank who works the night shift was literally the best I could ask, for he deserves a promotion and award of acknowledgment to say the least. He’s the reason why I shall invest more in the Hyatt enterprises. Let him know Spencer thanks him

Included breakfast ends at 9 am, which is extremely early for tourists.

The day we checked in they told us that there was no reservation even though I show them my Expedia receipt. Expedia costumer service had to get involved because they did not wanted to honor the reservation that was already paid for through Expedia. It took a while between Expedia costumer service and the hotel back and forth but finally they were able to fix the issue. Other than that we had a good time there. Good location, easy access for the surrounding areas. Awesome breakfast as well.
