Some rooms to avoid
Posted 25 Sep 2018 on HotelsAvoid a room number 8,and rooms in the appendiks bielding, the room das not have a window. We paid 85 euro for this room for a night... When we ordered we so beatiful pictures of rooms with nice views...

The customer is welcome.
Customers who arrive at different times from the one indicated, received with the mass welcome we give to everyone. Reservation of a room in Dependace, but on arrival they communicate that they wanted to see the sea on awakening. Well done give them a Superior room for free with a balcony overlooking the sea, communicating that the next morning must change room, because that is busy.
On 1 September, the day of their reservation, this room was available because the hannp not booked? ....... maybe the price did not fit into their budget or did they want to get the same room using the negative reviews?
Result calls EXPEDIA that tells them, to change room, so as to confirm our indication.
They change rooms without asking anything, almost mortified.
In the day, Expedia will apologize to us for the type of guests arriving at the facility.
The truth is the most precious thing that exists, we always tell it as a source of civility and professionalism towards all our incoming customers.
Lies have the short way as unlike the truth we find in beautiful people.
So we had to.

Beautiful location and super clean place to stay

Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff, beautiful location (olive trees, mountain, lovely garden)
Cons: Sprung mattress is not for us but it is just our personal taste, the mattress itself felt new :)
Location: Very close to San Vito lo Capo and just minutes away from some restaurants with beautiful view to the sea with sunset.
We spent a week here and we loved this place. The whole building, rooms and the garden is very well maintained, the view is fantastic! Our room was spotless with fresh towels every day. We had hot water 24/7, fast WiFi and the AC worked nice and quite. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. This B&B is very close to San Vito lo Capo and some great restaurants are just a few minutes from here. We are 100% satisfied, highly recommended accommodation.

Avoid room 9
Posted 25 Jun 2015 on HotelsThe room we stayed in was about 2 metres from the incredibly busy main road to San Vito lo Capo. Traffic thundered by the window day and night. It was an annex room, number 9. Avoid it if you want a good night's sleep.

Schönes Hotel zu gutem Preis. Haben netterweise ein Upgrade bekommen und durften im Superior Zimmer mit Berg und Meerblick übernachten. Traumhaft bei dieser Aussicht aufzuwachen. Vom Autoverkehr der nahen Straße haben wir nichts gehört. Das Frühstück war gut, bestand allerdings hauptsächlich aus süßen Sachen.

è un posto incantevole, tenuto in maniera perfetta, e il fantastico giardino dove fare le abbondanti e speciali colazioni ricche di dolci fatti in casa è un valore aggiunto unico; ancora infiniti ringraziamenti a Vincenzo, alla moglie e alla sorella :)

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Das Hotel ist wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen.
