We had an ocean view with a balcony. It was amazing. Staff and grounds were amazing. Very relaxing. Can’t wait till we can come again.

This is not just a hotel, this is an experience! Stayed here for you one while taking in Hearst Castle, which was also awesome. The staff at Cavalier were great, the setting is stunning, the rooms are great, and the grounds are all set up for you to relax and take in the majesty of the ocean. The three firepit areas had roaring fires at each and was a great way to enjoy a glass of wine, the fire, other travellers, and the ocean.Would highly recommend this hotel.

Property is nice. Room should be updated. Staff was very nice. Restaurant was nice.
