The staff was wonderful especially Xiomara and the food was great too.
My minor complaint is the elite room was SMALL, very small. They look much larger in pictures, keep that in mind. But the place is beautiful and in the middle of greenery that makes you feel wonderful. I easily upgraded once there,luckily they had a larger room available.

Demasiado ruido del exterior en la habitación 204 cuando bajan las gradas casi no pude dormir en la mañana

Gracias por el comentario. Lastimosamente no hay nada que podamos de ser al respecto al ser un hotel pequeño los cuartos están cerca y la madera fue renovada.

Noisy. You can here people taking shower at second floor. Restroom pipes smell really bad

First floor are usually the cheap rooms. We recommend reserving second floor rooms if the water running is a disturbance. Its not the elite type
