This was my second stay! Love the room and atmosphere. Kid friendly and pool was clean.

Out of 5 nights of stay only one day the room was cleaned.

Our room “allegedly “ had a maintenance issue and we had to wait anout 15 minutes at check-in for “another room”. The room we were provided REAKED of sewage, the phone didn’t work and we had no garbage bags.
We called (multiple times) and asked for more bath towels and never received them.
TERRIBLE experience!

I really enjoy staying here when I am in the area. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful and the surrounding area is gorgeous!
