The room I booked was not the room they gave me and the room they gave me was not comparable to the one I booked. The safe in the room they gave me also didn't work and they said it did. The bar doesn't open until 5pm and theres no room service so if your stuck at the hotel you're kinda screwed until 5. The front desk woman that was there most of the day wasn't friendly with me either. I think it's because I didn't speak much Spanish but she didn't seem to care to make a effort to try and figure out what I had to say or wanted to say either. It seemed like I was just a bother to her. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

Good price. Excellent staff. A great place to relax. I have been there 3 times and wiñl continue to use this hotel every time I visit San Pedro Sula

About a block away from the Copantl hotel and convention center. This is a good alternative for a quieter and a little cheaper place if you are going to an event at the Copantl - it has a decent on site bar and restaurant

It was a friendly and affordable stay . The staff helped out as much as they could and the breakfast was excellent.
