Ivy at Reception gave me an upgraded room and floor — resulting in a panoramic 29th floor view. Dannah was my housekeeper and was very attentive, conscientious, and accommodating. Darius the doorman was unfailingly welcoming. I have received the best hospitality here! TEN stars! I’ll be returning again in a couple weeks and can’t wait."

"Staff are all very helpful and courteous. The cheapest room is a spacious 32 sqm. Bathroom is simple, functional. Really enjoyed tihis no-non-sense hotel"

"Nice room but no complimentary toiletries "

"Close to supermarket, malls and High Street. Room access card did not work when used the first time. Front desk located on 5th floor. Had to ask room attendant to let us in. Room above can be heard moving something and making noises. Breakfast charges too expensive. Hot water availability not consistent. Room service is charged per day, so we had to request new towels everyday. No face towels. No hand soap by the sink. "
