Best hotel in the area with outstanding view
Posted 29 Feb 2024 on HotelsBest hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels.
While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for).
The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice for a little nature walk.

Very beautiful mountain-side hotel. The view was amazing and they had horses that you could ride for a very reasonable price on a very scenic route.
Would highly recommend if going to lago san pablo.

Servicio de primera. Atención personalizada y amable. Instalaciones geniales con una vista increíble y excelente comida. Cuidado con los precios del transporte local que consigue el hotel. Son casi el doble el valor real de mercado.
