The place is very calm and quiet. The food at the restaurant is very good.

We reserved with expedia, but were asked to pay by wire transfer directly to the hotel. Afterwards, we were charged by Expedia as well.
They are not good for numbers, they get confused very easily. Lack of professionalism.

The rooms were very comfortable and service was wonderful!!! the restaurant at the hotel was excellent!

Pros: The grounds and restaurant
Location: Close to many volcanoes of the area
Comfortable room and the personnel willing to please the tourists. We used the hotel as central location to visit the area.
