A beautiful small and charming hotel full with of character. Very clean. Staff very kind and helpful. Great walking area with many cafes and restaurants close by. The hotel has a small restaurant serving traditional Mexican food as well as a bar. The only minus is the internet wasn’t great in our room. We will def return.

The location is excellent, in the heart of San Miguel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and has very good communication. The only drawbacks are that the room is very close to the kitchen and early in the morning you can hear the noises of the cooks talking and banging dishes and there is no elevator. Other than that, highly recommended.

The facility and staff are Very Good.
Only one minor issue is that the atrium is open to the entrances to most of the rooms allowing sound from the restaurant and lobby to be heard.
The hotel is very convenient to the Parroquia de San Miguel Archángel and Jardin Allende - the plaza in front of the church.

The property was great. Very central and clean. Room was huge and visually appealing. My only comment was that the air conditioning unit couldn’t handle the heat. Maybe it was too small for the room since I could feel cold air coming out of it. I had to open the doors to let the cool air in at night

Great location and rooms with air conditioning! Comfortable beds and the most unusual plus, but very important to me, you can flush toilet paper!

We liked everything about the property, except that it didn't have an elevator. However, the staff were always willing and available to take our suitcases to and from our room on the second floor. The hotel is located close to all of the major sites and great restaurants in the central city. We loved it!
