Horrible Customer service and AC did not work

This was undoubtably the worst hotel experience my husband and I have had in 25 years. We arrived at 10:45pm to find sign pointing to back of property for after hours check in. After 8-10 minutes of knocking and ringing bell, clerk opened door and proceeded to check us in. We got our key, went upstairs and found air conditioner making loud noises and blowing warm air. We called front desk several times and nobody answered. My husband attempted to go to lobby but found lobby locked to all hotel guests. He knocked for 5 minutes attempting to request assistance but got no response. If we had wanted to leave hotel at night we would have had to exit a back door in dark. He came upstairs and we proceeded to attempt to call clerk several more times to no avail. We then called hotel.com speaking to a representative and finally a manager for approximately 45 minutes before they were able to make contact with the hotel clerk. He refused to take a look at AC, give us a room with a working air conditioner or refund our money so we could go to another hotel. Hotels.com finally agreed to partial refund on form of coupon toward future reservation. We were left very unsatisfied! We spent the whole night hot, sweaty and tossing and turning with little sleep. Would have much rather been refunded so we could have stayed comfortably in a real 4 star hotel with professional staff and working AC as was advertised when we booked this room.

Mr Robin, We are sorry that he was not satisfied, the customer is always right if he has good sense and respect the work of others! She arrived at 23:15 (I checked in) when checking in was until 20:00 without notifying anyone! ... we are a 3 star hotel not 4 and so we do not have the night porter And we are not open 24h (when we can and above all when the customer warns us we can wait until a reasonable time). The airconditioner was working perfectly since in the same room customers slept the night before the next, simply for an ecological question when windows were opened   Has the auto off ... If he had come at a good time, we would certainly have explained to him!

we had a great say at this clean and friendly hotel, all the facilities were excellent,breakfast was stunning,wellness centre exquisit we couldnt fault this place.

Nice quaint hotel

Nice clean and comfortable. They make a great cup of coffee! Don't expect them to know English but you can get thru the language barrier. Also there is a very good restaurant for dinner just outside and to the left of the hotel.

Esperienza positiva. Molto comoda la ricarica elettrica direttamente nel parcheggio. Comodossimo da raggiungere. Unica nota negativa le molle del materasso che davano parecchio fastidio per il resto tutto ok.

Convenient and Delightful Stay!

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. Its proximity to the autostrada made it incredibly easy to access, and the free, secure parking right out front was a major perk for those on a road trip like myself. The check-in process was seamless, and my room, with its vintage charm, was both comfortable and impeccably clean. While there were a few areas that could benefit from updates, like the addition of a mini-refrigerator and better bathroom lighting, these were minor in the grand scheme of things. I didn't get the chance to explore all the hotel's amenities, but based on the room experience alone, I'd highly recommend this place for anyone passing through the region. I'm already looking forward to my next stay here on a future journey!
