They forgat the towels I had to get them my self the bar across the street plsyed music late into the morning and we couldn't close our window because there was a hose thru the window for a portable A/C

Music loud.

Handicap Disaster
Posted 21 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is totally wrong for a disabled person. There is no handicap ramp to get into the hotel and you had to take a step to get into the bathroom, which had no handicap bars. The room was not heated and you had to call to get hot water. We checked out five days early.

We all know if we damage the property we will be accountable,I booked a room for my parents and they were told by the receptionist in a rude way that if they broke something up they would pay for it,mom and dad are 68 and 79 I understand if you’re traveling with kids but that was a bit out of line for two seniors citizens,AC unit wasn’t working,everything else was in good condition.

Ok property but no parking garage or parking spot near or next to it l love walk but not field safe because parking garage was 5 blocks away from the hotel and they don’t have a safe spot on front of the door , you have to go the garage and you have to carry your bags / suitcases 5 blocks away from the hotel or parking garage

Noise from the street bothered me. Parking garage is far away. Breakfast was excellent.
