Overall good experience, breakfast and service were excellent. Pool was a little cold and water not so clean.

This is a beautiful hotel. Clean and updated. Staff are professional & kind. Warm welcome. Great food at the hotel restaurant.Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants & a nice park for walks. Highly recommended hotel.

The hotel was fine/comfortable rooms, great views, quiet. It fails on small details- the in room coffee pods were of a completely different brand than the machine, the air controls seemed to switch off without warning, the ironing board collapsed/was broken.

The property is excellent, and the service is top-notch. However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. Firstly, I did not receive the VIP perks as advertised on the Expedia website. Additionally, despite the website stating "free valet parking," I was actually charged for parking. Moreover, while the property claims to be pet-friendly, the associated fee is not disclosed until arrival. Having knowledge of these fees beforehand would have allowed me to make a more informed decision based on my budget.
